While the suite seemed comfortable, the floors were dirty. my socks got black. The provided towels were inadequate—only one bath towel for two bathrooms. Although the staff were helpful and supplied more towels when asked, it felt like a basic expectation was missed in a penthouse suite. The TV in the upstairs room didn’t work, but we managed with the others. Overall, a comfortable but mixed stay with some cleanup attention needed.
